The improved, Libertarian/Constitutionalist version:
I find that I am more a Constitutionalist than a Libertarian. Note that Constitutionalism is not to be confused with the homophobic, religious-extremist Constitution Party. A true Constitutionalist believes in the rule of law - the minumum, tightly-limited law set down in the Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States of America.
Libertarians, meanwhile, are closer to anarchists, and L. Neil Smith's increasing volume of literary work does make a compelling case for a particular kind of anarchy, or perhaps more accurately, minarchy. Considering the available alternatives, Libertarianism will have to do, for me, for now.
