Monopolistic censorship. As we've come to expect.

Michael G. observes, "Citizen response to caravan invasion. Will this play into the enemy's hands?"

But those poor downtrodden desperate refugees aren't the people we need to worry about... RIGHT?

Michael then sends, "The walk away movement needs to expand - to walk away from K12 public schools, which might just as well be the Democrat party." Burn the government schools.

Virulent envirofascism was one component of John Ringo's horror story, The Road to Damascus, which I finished rereading yesterday, leading to food shortages and economic collapse. But that was just a story... RIGHT?

And nothing like that could ever happen here... RIGHT? Some of this, you do [Ctrl]-[H] on the buzzwords, and it's right out of the novel. Or a Nuremberg Rally.

Think about the kind of people who oppose self-defense.

But remember, you right-wing knuckle-dragging misogynist Nazi, you should be banned from the internet for advocating violence.

This is why racism still exists. Republican NRA members with MAGA hats never IMAGINE acting this way.

Wrangler brand jeans is not answering the question.

    Where's your ballot?

    Down goes Germany.

But that's not something we need to worry about... right? Which segues to:

Michael G. sends, "2nd 'refugee' caravan is even more peaceful than the first. In the Progressive's opposites day sense, of course."

  • And any cop who tries to not open the border to rapists and murderers and plague-carriers gets sued by the ACLU, as Michael observes, "For following Federal law on detaining aliens rather than State law. Didn't Montana try one of those firearms freedom acts, where if a gun was made in the state, sold in the state and only used in the state it wasn't subject to federal firearms law? And didn't the first person to try it get arrested and lost in court because the judge ruled Federal laws had supremacy? Where was the Montana ACLU supporting state laws over fed laws in that case?"
  • But they keep telling us to "work within" their system.
  • The system which keeps producing GUN CONTROL SUCCESS STORIES.

Michael G. sends "Media refuse to run Trump ad on immigration. Proving once again that Trump is just like Hitler. Why, I can't remember all the times after Hitler became Fuhrer that the German press refused to run his advertisements and messages. Maybe the reason I can't remember it is because it never happened."

Followed by a three part series on the invasion caravan: "Last paragraph of the last installment: 'These are not people casting off their old lands. On the contrary, they are taking their screwed-up homes on tour, and showing the world just how bad they are firsthand. But I will say that increasingly, nobody can look at their home countries and suppose the way things are is an accident. For people trying to flee lawlessness and violence, it’s curious how insistent they seem on bringing them along for the journey.'"

It is not unfair or prejudicial to automatically assume allegations of criminality by Republicans are false and by Democrats are true. It's a pattern.

    And that pattern includes genocide.

Seen in comments to that death squad article:

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v. Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621.

“When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.

“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App. I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93, 903.

“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.” (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).

“Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v. Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).

“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).

“Story affirmed the right of self-defense by persons held illegally. In his own writings, he had admitted that ‘a situation could arise in which the checks-and-balances principle ceased to work and the various branches of government concurred in a gross usurpation.’ There would be no usual remedy by changing the law or passing an amendment to the Constitution, should the oppressed party be a minority. Story concluded, ‘If there be any remedy at all ... it is a remedy never provided for by human institutions.’ That was the ‘ultimate right of all human beings in extreme cases to resist oppression, and to apply force against ruinous injustice.’” (From Mutiny on the Amistad by Howard Jones, Oxford University Press, 1987, an account of the reading of the decision in the case by Justice Joseph Story of the Supreme Court.

As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet, peaceable, and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a breach of the peace. Nor does such an act of itself, lead to a breach of the peace.” (Wharton’s Criminal and Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2: Judy v. Lashley, 5 W. Va. 628, 41 S.E. 197).

Police are not the good guys. The laws are wrong and to enforce them is evil.

I thought this was a good point by Bearing Arms: 'Of course, a better solution would be to kill the training requirement completely.' I'd go farther and say Constitutional Carry, but I'll take any movement in the right direction as long as the movement is maintained."

Then, "Today's point and laugh: In Nevada a Democrat lost a state legislature seat in a landslide to a Republican brothel owner who was dead. I'd like to see more of this, dead whore mongers are way less dangerous to our rights than live whore mongers are."

    And other factors.

    Massive media incompetence

Think about the kind of people you are forced, at the figurative point of a government gun, to entrust your children to. Burn the government schools.

    And the colleges too.

Enemy action in Wisconsin, and as previously mentioned, Kansas.

    Lying RINO backstabbing from California.

Speaking of the Left Coast, no really gun control success story.

African-Americans barred from applying for government jobsOH. WAIT.

    But they call us "racist".

Many times I've referred to things as "entertainment rot". Art is rotting too, as Michael G. observes: "Seattle preparing art based Kafka trap. That's not what they're calling it but it is pretty obvious to people who pay attention to what they've done in the past. If the art you own, or display or even like is based too much on your own culture and ancestry you are racist for excluding others, and if it is based too much on other cultures you are racist for appropriating, and in other case the mob will be unleashed on you. And where is the sweet spot that is neither exclusionary or appropriating? It doesn't exist! This is all merely another way for them to exert power, and even if you are thoroughly cowed and do whatever you are told you might be chosen at random to be the sacrificial victim to keep others cowed. How soon does Portland copy this?"

But remember, peasant, suppression of Conservative opinion doesn’t happen and it doesn’t affect your career.

  • Now connect that dot to this one and this one. Eighty years ago anyone suspected of being Jewish was a "red flag". Forty years ago anyone suspected of being "intellectual" was a "red flag". Now, anyone suspected of being conservative can expect to have their rights violated, their property stolen, their careers ruined, and even their very lives at risk.
  • By which I mean, over the past few days I've made comparison of thugs in America, like Antifa and black street gangs, to Kristallnacht. That comparison is valid. 'Rank and file municipal police officers were ordered by their superiors to “stand down;” to watch, observe, but not to contain the mob violence occurring on the streets. There are several instances of police inaction during the rioting.'
  • The other day was the judge who lost an election and expressed his tantrum through releasing every juvenile offender which came before his bench. Today Michael G. sends, "Federal judge blocks Keystone pipeline. Says it hasn't been studied enough. Are we up to three lawless judges in two days now? Is it a spate?"

Michael G. sends, "Vox, Doxxed. Co-founder of Vox has been doxxed in apparent retaliation for his 'The Carlsons had it coming' tweet. Any chance they will realize they don't like the new rules they've created before they completely destroy the old ones?"

Aaaaand don't go to college, where psychotic racist Jew-haters expect to be rewarded for brainwashing students.

    Yeah burn the colleges.

Michael then asks, "In France, is 'Freedom is Slavery' next? Because their president has made the Orwellian statement that 'Nationalism is Treason'."

(That feel when Donald J. Trump is classier and more respectful than the President of France.)

He then sends "Always believe the woman: Shoplifter says she was raped by male Sheriff's deputy. Video evidence shows it never happened, and that the deputy was a woman. So we get vindication with full video. How long before we stop getting 'reasonable doubt' when the video system 'malfunctions' or 'was inadvertently disabled'?"

So recently I reread John Ringo's horror story, The Road to Damascus, set in Keith Laumer's Bolo universe. Comes now word that John Ross' broadly-comparable horror story, Unintended Consequences, is available in its seventh printing.

Speaking of horror stories, Nineteen Eighty-Four was not supposed to be an instruction manual.

    Sink the Island. Both ends.

Michael G. sends, "Mexico's government stops pretending to want to stop invasion caravan." Heeyyyy let's have another Mexican-American War.

But at least the cop got to go home alive at the end of his shift." “The very people that he wanted to be family with took his life.” Yeah, well, think about the kind of trigger-happy homicidal sociopaths who want to be cops. Jemel Roberson's disillusionment was brief in duration but eternal in effect.

MASSIVE VOTE FRAUD Stalin, dictator of the Soviet Union, is reputed to have said, He who votes counts for nothing. He who counts the votes counts for everything." Michael G. sends, "An Obama appointed Federal judge has taken over running Georgia's election."

Years ago there was a rally in Tennessee, in which conservative protesters were accused, by a member of that state's legislature, of displaying a "Nazi" or "white supremacist" flag... which turned out to be the state flag of Tennessee, which a member of Tennesee's state legislature did not recognize. Foreign Correspondent Jacob N., Trapped in New York, now sends: "Bolshevik Barbie is annoyed that Amazon will be opening a major facility in her district in Long Island City. There’s just one problem: Long Island City isn’t in her district." And... jobs are bad? I guess?

That Tennessee legislator was a very indignant black woman, if I recall correctly. And that, and this from a year ago, is why racism still exists. Not Republican NRA members with MAGA hats. Which I have pondered.

But I can think of another demographic known for carrying guns who are violently prejudiced against certain kinds of people.

Which is not unrelated to don't go to college and this is why all you wymyn can't get dates.
