The World Sucks

There's a slowdown at work and the minimum-wage temps
are the first to get laid off.
I'm told to expect to return Friday but
that's not how MY world works....

Speaking of jobs, remember, peasant, Democrats are the party for the little guy.

And massive vote fraud.

And my taxes are still propping up parasites who hate me for the color of MY skin.

“To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”

"There is no worse tyranny than to force a man to pay for what he does not want merely because you think it would be good for him."

Codrea observes the perspective o' the last eight years. It's not Republican NRA members doing it in either country.

"If the grand wizard of the Ku Klux Klan were the secretary of education & wanted to sabotage black academic achievement, he couldn't do better than keeping our public school system as it is." Burn the government schools. Remember the federal Department of Education was created within living memory, by Jimmy Malaise I-[Heart]-Yasser-Arafat Carter.

And the colleges too. Of course the "tolerant", "inclusive" "students for peace" might beat us to it....

Which segues to, They Are All So F***ing Ignorant:
black holes are "raaaaaaacist"
the island will tip over
ghost guns with a thirty-caliber clip in half a second
and now the sky is falling. Of course the Prophet did write about that very thing and several times in these pages I've wished for a GiantFlamingMeteor to obliterate the wretched hive of scum and villainy....

Maybe some of the newspapers too. So agenda-driven bigots printing the home addresses of innocent, private citizens because they're doing something the bigots don't like is some kind of "public service" for "social justice", but publishing the contact information for elected public servants is "intimidation" and "harrassment"?

Immigrants Contributing to Society.

Not unrelated, I no longer regret never having served in the military.

RINO backstabbing against Constitutional Carry in North Carolina.

  • Remember, peasant, "law enforcement supports the Second Amendment".
  • Remember, peasant, only police can be trusted with weapons.

You can expect Aurora, parts 61 and 62, tomorrow-ish. Kinda starting a new story arc and hopefully resolving one of the big subplots. I'm spending too much time with the ickytrainbuspeople and getting back to the hovel too late and disgusted to polish and post them tonight but tomorrow I don't have a job. "Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

Next time someone objects to questioning the patriotism of Democrats and "liberals", smack them right in their lying face. There are some really sick, hate-filled people claiming to be "caring" and "compassionate".

And remember these are generally the same people who keep inviting unassimilable serial rapists and actual hate-filled murderous terrorists and expecting them to be propped up with real Americans' taxes.

But they call us violent and intolerant.

    Likewise, astroturf in Alabama.

Boycott the airlines and burn TSA to the ground. Wand-raping little old ladies and stuffing hands down toddlers' pants but hiring actual criminals and letting them steal from their customers for years.

    Which segues to:

  • Foreign Correspondent Jacob N., Trapped in New York, sends actual literal armed robbery with badges. Codrea does a whole column. Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said. “They acted in a manner that betrayed their fellow police officers [how, by eventually not sweeping their crimes under the rug?]. I’ve said on more than one occasion: Good cops hate to work with bad cops.” THEN WHY DO THEY, FOR YEARS AND YEARS, AND NEVER SAY OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL IT CAN'T BE HUSHED UP ANYMORE?
  • Where are all these mythical "good" cops reining in the "few" bad apples?
  • What's the damn difference between one gang and another? Why do we even have police if they're as bad or worse than what they claim to be protecting us from?
  • For further example, Project Gunwalker. "Protect and Serve" WHO?
  • But remember, peasant, only police can be trusted with guns. Because they have all that training.
  • And remember, peasant, body cameras will restore the public's trust in law enforcement and someone will introduce a "law" to exempt police from using them, prevent the videos from ever being made public, and require everyone who isn't a homicidal sociopath-with-a-badge to use them instead.

Maybe I should move to the Czech Republic.

Action in Iowa. What are you doing for the Cause?

If you haven't seen them yet, have a look at Liberty Doll's videos.

Remember, peasant, you need a factory to build a gun. And then you take a real one off a dead fascist.

    The World Sucks

The Heller and McDonald decisions were hailed as great advances for restoring the natural human right to keep and bear arms, by recognizing that the right exists and by incorporating it, through the 14th Amendment, to the entire nation. Kolbe v. Hogan could be the next increment. Ooooooorrrr bloody civil war. I'm getting too old and creaky for that Red Dawn stuff but I hope I can take at least one of the fascists with me.

Michael G. sends, Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer helped a Muslim child-rapist enter the United States. Gosh, what would someone call that sort of thing? There should be a word for it....

    Butbutbut Immigrants Contribute to Society!

And speaking of serial child-rapists, what if Pizzagate is not a paranoid conspiracy theory?

And speaking of the "religion of peace", in my fictional future history the genocidal dictatorial backlash against the atrocities committed by the followers of Islam began in France.

Don't Go to College. Where reality holds no sway.

Is it white Christian Republican NRA members making bomb threats against Jewish centers? NO. NO IT IS NOT.

  • Local judge being investigated for possibly helping illegal immigrant escape ICE agents. Right here in this horrible place. But remember, peasant, you have to work within the system.
  • “In order to believe Mr. Cousins’ claims of racism, you have to believe that seven to eight officers are lying and conspiring..." YEAH, OKAY, AND THEN WHAT?
  • Aaaaaaand the subliterate unaccountable kleptomaniacal serial-child-molesters of TSA, actually literally making up "laws" as they go.
  • What "law" would you not enforce? What order would you not obey?

The "environmental" movement is not and never has been about the environment. Twenty-four kilotons of trash? Two WW2 cruisers' worth of trash? How the f*** did they get it all there in the first place?

I am still waiting for TSA agents' rotting corpses dangling from streetlights along every Airport Way in the country, birds pecking at their lifeless eyes MAY THEY ALL BURN IN HELL.

    In Lighter News

Still uppity in Texas, including Constitutional Carry action. I would move there if it passed, border issues and weird weather and all. If I weren't broke and unmotorized and spending hours on a bus every day to park other people's cars for minimum wage....

Made a slight edit to Aurora, part 62, adding a few words and a planetary flag. 63 is underway, while the Muse speaks.

    5008 Sunday, 5 March 2017:

    The World Sucks

Just yesterday I observed that the environmental movement is not and never has been about the environment and Michael G. sends more evidence. "These are just two cases of many showing that eco-activism and climate alarmism can be toxic, because they are not based on either science or reality." But they are forced on the rest of us at the point of a government gun.

Remember, peasant, vote fraud is "extremely rare" and has no meaningful impact on elections.

Hey remember when white conservatives demanded blood in the streets during the Obama regimeME NEITHER.

  • Michael G. sends even more asset forfeiture abuse which is a redundant term because asset forfeiture is abuse and anyone committing it should be jailed and/or hung by the neck until dead for armed robbery. Aaaaaand Trump fails bigly on this point.
  • "The question remains... where the hell are the police, the press obviously know what's going on, where are the cops?" What are we paying for here? "Protect and Serve" WHO?

    In Lighter News

Oooooookay, the Muse took me in a different direction, or rather a wider turning radius, than I had intended with Aurora, part 63-and-subsequent. Gotta be careful to not write myself into a corner. As David Drake wrote, "Writing isn't easy if you care about the result."

    5009 Monday, 6 March 2017:

    The World Sucks

Lemme get this... "straight": A Hillary-supporting Muslim shoots up a gay night club and it's all, somehow, the NRA's fault?

In the place where Sweden used to be, "This is the state of liberalism today. So determined to prove I am wrong, my observations erroneous, the stories I have on tape inaccurate, that it has lost all sight of the raped migrant child crumpled in the corner."

But tell me again how immigrants contribute to society.

  • Think about the kind of people who don't want you able to defend yourself.
  • Remember, peasant, police are trained professionals who always know what they're doing. And how is that not kidnapping, armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and forcible rape (strip-searched)? And why isn't the costumed robber/kidnapper/attacker/rapist the one in a cage or hanging by the neck until dead?

Michael G. sends backlash. FREE STICKMAN. Do the "anti"-fascists want escalation? My side already has all the guns and we know how to use them.

Then he sends some truly Lighter News: Justice Clarence Thomas sharply criticizes civil forfeiture laws. ...Remember that meme where Justice Thomas wanted to make it clear that he sleeps with the pillow under his head? Breitbart Syndrome isn't paranoia if the Other Side is constantly saying out loud in as many of their own words how much they hate us and want us to die....

Almost a decade ago (sigh) my sister and I took a road trip through Montana and Wyoming where I made some observations on the wolf issue. Comes now word that sanity appears to be returning.

    5010 Tuesday, 7 March 2017:

    The World Sucks

Looks like the GOP likes the idea of forcing people to buy something from the government at government gunpoint. And that's different from the other side how exactly?

I'm not the first to observe that every twenty or thirty years the envirofascists switch their panicked bleating from "global" "warming" to deadly ice age. Every time, The Only Solution is for everyone but them to give up all industry and technology and freeze to death in the dark. Michael G. comments, "The theory was that the Permian mass extinction, the biggest, was caused by global warming from the CO2 released by the Siberian traps. New evidence is that instead it was caused by an ice age from the sulfur particulates released by the Siberian traps. Funny how that 'settled science' and 'consensus' thing works out."

Col. Kratman's latest column reminds me that "People who make excuses for communism are just as disgusting as people who make excuses for the Nazis, and should be treated as such."

In related news, defenders of free speech are banned from speaking freely. But. They. Call. Us. "Nazis".

Hey remember how, for eight years of the Obama usurpation, there was all that right-wing TV programming fantasizing about wiping out the entire administration and millions of people who sided with it? ME NEITHER.

    Immigrants contributing to society.

Speaking of which, and the utter incompetence and/or unwillingness of hired government thugs to do anything about it, from the place where France used to be, Michael G. sends Poachers broke into the Thoiry Zoo in France and killed a white rhinoceros for its horn, commenting, "Maybe John McCain, Lindsay Graham and people like them should think twice before any trips to France since it isn't safe for white rhinos." [dah-dum-kish]

    Which segues to:

  • What if Big Brother really is watching and so is everyone else? "A whole bunch of Tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorists are going to look like Nostradamus here very shortly."
  • How many times have I said they like to hurt people and that's why they become cops? Remember this the next time you see those blue lights in the mirror.
  • And the next time you see blue gloves. Rapists should be hung by the neck until dead no matter what costume they're wearing.
  • I saw this article about Black Hills Ammunition winning an FBI contract and the first thing I thought was, Vicky Weaver could not be reached for comment.
  • Tell me again how "law enforcement supports the Second Amendment" and how the sheeeeeeriffs will saaaaaaaave us.

    In Lighter News

Constitutional Carry advances yet again in South Dakota, where it may be vetoed by an oath-breaking anti-self-defense governor but in perspective, "The upshot is that it causes all parties, from senators and members of the house to the governor and law enforcement, to go public with their views. Then gun rights activists know who to target in the next election."

A little tiny bit of sanity returning to campus and courts: Michael G. sends, "Expelled student's suit against Amherst allowed to proceed - the student expelled for rape from Amherst after a female student performed fellatio on him while he was unconscious. It turned out she had written an article for Huffington Post saying she wanted to see a man expelled from Amherst for rape, and after seeing that evidence of malice not even the unstable SJW freak in a black robe appointed by Obama was willing to dismiss the man's lawsuit."

What have you done for the Cause?

YET ANOTHER FAKE HATE CRIME. If some worthless parasitic snowflake says it's been attacked by one of Our Kind, presume it is lying and falsifying evidence.

But if you want a real hate crime, look no further than the violent unhinged bigots who don't want us able to defend ourselves.

  • Yeah I know who: "Police asked members of the crowd whether they had witnessed the events. Then they asked if anyone present had felt directly threatened by the man with the gun. The first person to step up to declare himself a victim was the same obese man who had been helping to instigate the confrontation. He was later a star witness for the prosecution." "In Portland, conservative lives don't matter."
  • Foreign Correspondent Jacob N., Trapped in New York, sends another answer: "So these two fine officers were involved in fabricating evidence in a separate incident earlier in 2014, along with a long list of other shakedowns and abuses. And Desormeau was a 'hero', receiving a 'Police Combat Cross' for 'heroism under fire' in 2013. Remember, police are here to help!"
  • I remember they all look the same to me, and what they look like are armed highway robbers in costume. In timely support of which he then sends "Who knew? No municipal parking meters allowed in ND and the greedy grabbers want to dip into the pockets again. 'Parking meters are allowed on state or private property, and some of North Dakota's colleges have them in parking lots. Instead of using meters, many cities enforce parking limits by chalking vehicle tires. The state's two biggest cities, Fargo and Bismarck, have long supported repealing the ban, even arguing once that chalking tires can cause shoulder and elbow injuries for enforcement officers.' I weep, weep bitter tears, I tell you, for the wounded shoulders and elbows of the enforcement officers. ...Nah."

Michael G. now sends the same thing in the place where Sweden used to be, commenting, "I've got an idea. Why not stop denying Swedes the ability to defend themselves, and stop vilifying and prosecuting those who do defend themselves?"

In immediate Inbox followup he then sends "And remember, all 'right thinking, compassionate' people think the US should emulate Sweden. But nonsense like this makes me want to go buy one, in an unregistered private sale. BECAUSE F*** YOU THAT'S WHY. "Interestingly, a complete exemption would be included for the U.S. government and agencies." Well of course it would. Just as police will be exempt from using the "smart" guns whose concept was supposedly introduced for their use to prevent badged highway robbers from being shot with their own weapons.

    Which segues to:

  • Michael G. sends some Project Gunwalker content, observing, "ATF leaders again show how much they care about agents in the field." Hey pigs. Who has your back? You constantly demonstrate that you consider your pensions more valuable than our lives - who holds what more valuable than yours?
  • Remember, peasant, you don't need a gun because the police will always be there to protect you. With their government guns, sprinkled with the magic fairy dust of government.
  • Just last week came word that anonymous kangaroo court denunciations could become "law" in Occupied Oregon. Comes now the same thing in Hawaii. But they call us "Nazis".

Ever more violence on campus. Don't go to college.

The next time you hear a feminist expressing support for Islamic "refugees"....

And speaking of the "religion of peace" toward which we should be "tolerant and inclusive", there was an episode of Babylon 5 where an alien race was escaping a totalitarian regime which suppressed art. There was a movie, Equilibrium, where emotions were considered the source of society's ills and art was condemned for evoking emotions. Then there's all that actual historical National Socialist book-burning and censorship and "degenerate art" exhibits. But that could never happen again... RIGHT?

Old Media Visual Aid o' the Day. Which doesn't mean I've suddenly become a proponent of the Thin Blue Line:

  • Michael G. sends the pathological liar in costume o' the day. But we should always trust police and immediately obey all their commands and sort it all out in court?
  • Yeah let's talk about those courts. Compare and contrast: this guy does nothing illegal or wrong in self-defense against a violent mob and gets his life ruined by bigoted bureaucrats, while this guy destroys property and injures people repeatedly and gets a wrist-slap? And that's the "system" they keep telling us to "work within"? "Protect and Serve" WHO?
  • Project Gunwalker. Your pension is worth what now?
  • To which dot connect “Today's testimony... should be embarrassing to everybody who does or did carry an ATF badge.” I would think the badge itself, like a TSA uniform, would be embarrassment enough. To say nothing of the kitten-stomping and baby-burning....
  • Sharp ambivalence on this one. F*** you pig, get yer filthy paws outta my pockets, vs. yes, use profiling for f***'s sake. "All passengers are subject to random screening by NYPD and K9 personnel." Aaaaand "f*** you pig" wins.
  • Remember, peasant, nobody wants to confiscate your guns.
  • In Georgia, one legislator apparently doesn't care about freedom unless she personally approves of the behavior. "She wants a government powerful enough to sit in our homes and tell us what we can and can't look at on the internet." And that's... somehow... not Nazi? F*** you I'll build my own and put Linux on it and you can't stop me. ...Legislation to outlaw building computers at home and ban the use of Linux in 3, 2, 1....

Richard Williams of GunSafeAble.com alerted me to a couple dead links, so I fixed those and added his.

Show and chat every Sunday 1100 Pacific Time.

Aurora, part 63, is online. One thing that's worried me for a long time is the different calendars, Terran/Gregorian vs. Jeffersonian/Monticellan (the planet Monticello, named for Thomas Jefferson's home of which he was the architect, is the fictional second planet in the Tau Ceti system). Way back when I started writing this universe I did some actual math and generated a spreadsheet with formulae to make conversions, with a plus or minus offset because the Monticellan calendar starts arbitrarily on 11 April 2009 CE, the date of the Jeffersonian Republic's Declaration of Independence - and the days and years are different lengths too. Researching the problem to see how other authors tackled it I happened across the concept of decimal time, in which each day of the calendar has a decimal value relative to the whole year, not unlike the stardates in (some) incarnations of Star Trek.

Turns out I didn't have that quite right, especially the offset, but lacking a dead-tree book to read I've been taking my laptop (donated by Michael G.!) to work for breaktime use, with some ebooks on it and copies of the HTML files in which I write the story. Well, over the last couple days I revisited that spreadsheet and I think I've got it fixed. Here's screenshots:

Note, in each image, there are two cells highlighted. In the first image, at lower left, B112 in the horizontally-split screen, is April 11th, the date my fictional Founders fictionally Escaped from Terra in 2009CE. That has a value, at the end of the day, of 0.276522951 of a year (figuring a year as 365.25 days or 8766 hours to smoosh in the leap years). Then in the upper split, C8 (and C9 which I simply duplicated for convenience), is one of the two formulae, which you can see revealed in the editing box: a Monticellan/Republic date from A8 or 9, also expressed as decimal time, multiplied by the fractional difference between the Monticellan and Terran year, plus the offset of 2009.276523 Terran years, so I can plug in a Jeffersonian Republic/Tau Ceti II date and get an Anno Domini/Common Era date. The cells in C4 and C5 above that reverse the formula algebraically (from inputs in A4 or 5) so I can plug in AD and get JR. Thus 562.116 is very early in the notional morning (Monticello Standard Time, set on the longitude of Central Terminal, the big spaceport on South Continent, and of Monticello Station in synchronous orbit above it) of 22 Firstmonth in the 562nd Monticellan year of the Republic, which translates to about midday on 17 September 2360AD. In the second image, B271 is the aforementioned 17 September, while A4 is just a round number plugged in to demonstrate the reverse formula, highlighted in C4 and revealed in the editing box. So New Year's Day in 2300AD just happens to be about 2 Firstmonth 465JR - bearing in mind a Monticello/Republic year is roughly two-thirds Terran, the ends of each are going to sort of line up once in a while.

Now note the two pairs of columns in the lower pane. Those pairs do not interact with each other by formula, nor are they aligned with each other in any way other than coincidence - the Monticellan year has 181 days, each of which is six-and-a-bit hours longer than a Terran day. The two pairs of columns are simply tables to look up the decimal value of any calendar date, which is then manually tacked onto the whole-number year being used in the story, then plugged into the upper cells' formulae to get the other-calendar decimal equivalent, which is then looked up in the other column to get the date. Column A is the AD calendar date, B is that date expressed as a decimal of a Terran year. D is the fictionally-arbitrary Monticellan/Republic/Tau Ceti II date, which would be written as "1 Firstmonth", "23 Fifthmonth", etc; days are 30-hours-and-a-few-minutes long, there are six months in the fictional Tau Ceti II year, the first five have 30 days, the last 31-and-a-few-leftover-hours and computerized timepieces tack the extra onto the end in what's called "Tempus Gratis" in Republic culture. Column E is the decimal expression of a Monticellan calendar date. The only formulae in those columns are, the first date in each has a value of the end of that day relative to that calendar's year - 0.002737851 Terran, 0.005524862 [WRONG: 0.003454131] Monticellan. Then the cell below is (cell above + that same value), repeated all the way down, so 12/31 and 6/31 end up at 1.0 or close enough for story purposes.

So that's how I tackle the problem of converting alien calendars for different planets for writing science fiction and I hope those keywords turn up in your search engine if you have the same problem. Now I have to go back through everything I've written and fix several dates. Fortunately I was deliberately vague about the Terran date-equivalents and there won't be many to change. [4:50:02 PM] Jeffersonian: I think I'll stick with sapiens generis

The current design philosophy for striker-fired polymer pistols is magazines that hold the top cartridge as high as possible, so as not to interfere with the feeding of wide-mouth JHP rounds or more exotic shapes, and these pistols often, though not always, are designed so the fired cartridge case being pulled out of the chamber may bump into the front of the magazine tube, or the top cartridge, to help bump it out of the ejection port. Nowadays one hears of Glocks giving users brass to the face--though it was not always commonplace, and may be an artifact of recent money-saving design changes to use extractors and ejectors that are MIM and stamped sheetmetal respectively instead of milled tool steel. M&Ps in 9mm do it occasionally. Glocks and M&Ps in .40 have very vigorous extraction and do not exhibit BTTF. XDs don't give the user BTTF that I know of, though the .45 versions are finicky about ammo, particularly cast lead flatnose bullets, due to the top round in the magazine being held so high. I wonder whether there is an optimum magazine feed lip height, and an optimum cartridge case diameter, for reliable function."

So a while back, a black gay Obama-voting TV reporter murdered his white coworker for imagined racism. Comes now Sudden Social Justice Syndrome.

But America's richest hate group calls us "racist".

Hey... what if... the Obama regime... really did spy on the Trump campaign? And would that, somehow, be morally different from a Republican administration spying on a Democrat candidate?

And the two parties are different how exactly?

They both seem to hate Trump and want him to die.

"...Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu threatened, 'Soon wars of religion ... will start in Europe.' This might happen because, he added, 'We could open the way for 15,000 refugees ... each month and blow [Europe’s] mind.'" Aaaaaaand I'm a prophet. Okay, sure, let's have a rematch between the Cross and the Crescent. How many thermonuclear-tipped submarine-launched ballistic missiles does Al Qaeda have? And speaking of totalitarian regimes, it's not paranoia if they really do want to put us all on a government list. There's only one reason to do that.

Then, my right to defend myself turns into a right to die in two seconds flat, without firing a shot or even clambering a round." How do you anti-self-defense, only-police-should-have-guns perverts explain that? Isn't that the exact and complete opposite of what you always say is supposed to happen?

VCDL-PAC endorses Corey Stewart for Governor of Virginia. The World Sucks

I'm morbidly interested to see how this gets blamed on American gun shows and the NRA. Hey I know, let's register all cars with the government! That'll stop it! "Why are Brits being arrested for Tweets while Islamists are free to walk around Parliament draped in the ISIS flag?" Meanwhile Michael G. sends the Epic Bad Timing o' the Very Same Day, commenting, "Running this college editorial on the need to understand and accept Islam the same day a Muslim attacks London pedestrians with a car, then the House of Parliament with a knife. Of course it was a pretty stupid editorial even without the attack. Like the 'obvious' examples of attacks on Islamic culture were all responses to threats. The UK laptop on flights ban was a response to a particularly specific threat. The warning that the same rulings allowing bans on Muslim garb could be used against Christians? That happened a long time ago. And give me a break on 'religion of peace'! When so many who attack us have spent years studying their Koran maybe they have a better idea of what their religion calls for than a college undergrad parroting what someone else told them the Koran says." And then, guess what Wikipedia chose as their Featured Article o' the Day:

Michael follows up with, "You know how [the envirofascists] said [the Dakota Access Pipeline] would be sure to leak and spill oil? Funny how they didn't mention it was because they were going to cut the holes themselves." Because they care so much about the environment. "What I want to know is if they had any way to check and make sure there wasn't oil in the pipeline yet when they started cutting. Because if they just assumed it was empty we are moving into Darwin award territory. Since they don't like fracked natural gas either maybe they could try that on a natural gas pipeline."

It is not Republican NRA members with government permission to carry concealed weapons, who go around raping college students. We're the ones trying to stop it and driving it to other campuses that don't allow students to defend themselves.

Don't Go to College, where thought goes to die, and because there's nothing holding it up.

"...Napoleon emerged from the farmhouse, wearing both his medals (for he had recently awarded himself ‘Animal Hero, First Class’ and ‘Animal Hero, Second Class’)...."

  • So Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch says he'll rule on the Heller decision because it's "the law of the land". The Lairds of Fairfax and the talkers on AM radio break out the party favors but what I heard was, Gorsuch will rule on whatever someone tells him the law is. Everything Hitler did was "legal".
  • "An internal review found that the [Kansas City Police Crimes Against Children Unit] had “severely mishandled” 150 criminal cases involving child sex abuse, rape and molestation." But if we exercise a Constitutionally-guaranteed natural human right without their permission, we get treated like "criminals"?
  • "...[W]hy do you suppose that these effects are only recognized by the courts when they occur to the police?" And they wonder why some of us smile when we hear about another cop getting shot....
  • In Occupied Oregon, "A law enforcement officer should not be allowed to question you anywhere, anytime about whether or not you are exercising a Constitutional right." (Update)
  • Related, in Occupied New Jersey, doctors as agents of the state. What could possibly go wrong?
  • Blood Libel and "Papieren, bitte" in Occupied Connecticut.
  • In Kansas, "Some people want the court to side with the prosecutors against people who make self defense claims." And that's supposed to be... "unbiased" and "impartial"...?
  • Remember, peasant, police should be exempt from domestic violence prohibitions on owning guns.

NORTH DAKOTA GETS CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY but for state residents only. By my reckoning, and with Arkansas returning to "disputed" status, that makes nine, and six halves, and four quarters:
    2003 Alaska
    2010 Arizona
    2015 Kansas
    2015 Maine
    2016 Mississippi
    2017 Missouri

    1791 Vermont
    2016 West Virginia
    2015 Arkansas (disputed)
    2016 Idaho (state residents only)
    1991 Montana (outside city limits)
2017 North Dakota (state residents only)
1996 (2013?) Oklahoma (provable, eligible residents of Constitutional Carry states may carry without license)
    2011 Wyoming (state residents only)
2015(?) New Mexico (unloaded carry, separate loaded magazine; vehicle carry unlicensed)
    2015 Puerto Rico (disputed)
2007 Texas (vehicle carry unlicensed - 2016, open carry with concealed permit)
    2014 Tennessee (vehicle carry unlicensed)
