The World Sucks

Happy F***ing New Year. And I'm still stuck in a Blue State that hates me and wants me to die.

Laying it on a little thick, aren't they? And you know there are people who view this as a documentary. And their votes cancel ours....

Explain, in small words, how this is the fault of white Republican NRA members?

But they call us "racist".

Deliberate and Coordinated Blood Libel o' the Day. And the EBT-swiping Obama-voters swallow it whole. And not for the first time.

  • Rarely a week goes by without news of yet another cop shooting himself or an innocent bystander BUT POLICE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT TO BUY A GUN LIKE THE PEASANTS DO.

Anti-self-defense doctors resisted in Florida. That's not censorship, when the bigot doctors refuse treatment to patients based on their exercise of a natural, pre-existing human right specifically ennumerated in our Constitution. How, exactly, is that doctor's discrimination any different, legally or morally, from refusing treatment to a Jew? Or a Muslim?

    But they call us "racist".

"So, according to this fellow, we should just let the criminals murder us; because self-defense is for TEABAGGER VIGILANTES."

"That said, it's a BS sentence demonstrating the monstrosity of Leviathan, the judge who imposed it is a robed tyrant and the enforcers who will execute it are proof that some will follow any orders." There will be another time for battle, and a more justifiable and supportable one. I expect the enemy will guarantee it.

    Which segues to:

  • "PROTECT AND SERVE" WHO? Yeah I have a pretty good idea.

Chicago... Baltimore... D.C.... places where it is almost impossible to legally own a firearm... places perennially vying for the title of "Murder Capitol of the World". How do the anti-self-defense perverts EXPLAIN that? Don't give me that nonsense about out-of-state guns or the "iron pipeline", what about the states those guns come from? What about states where you don't even need a permit to carry one concealed? Why do those places have so much less crime, of all kinds, than the victim-disarmament utopias? HOW DO THEY EXPLAIN THAT?

"...[P]oliticians are making policy predicated on the belief that concealed carry permit holders create crime, yet actual data indicates the exact opposite...."

Speaking of perverts, you ever notice how the people who accuse NRA members of being pedophiles are the same people who call us Islamophobic?

Connect the f***ing dots: Organized Islamic terrorists attack our embassy in Benghazi and rescue teams are ordered to not respond. The Islamic Republic of Iran (that's what they call themselves) captures two US Navy vessels and several of our sailors and is rewarded with a hundred billion American tax dollars. What picture do these dots draw?

Blood libel and dehumanizing an opponent are precursors to genocide.

  • I repeat, if the stuff, any stuff, weren't illegal, it wouldn't be worth billions and people wouldn't be slaughtering each other over it. Any cop who ever enforced a malum prohibitum "law" is arguably guilty of crimes against humanity. Better to hang a few thugs up front than let the thugs terrorize and butcher the rest of us for generations.
  • And speaking of thugs, "...[A]dmitted to purchasing and distributing the automatic weapons despite knowing that they violated NPS policy" WHAT IN THE FLYING F*** DOES A PARK RANGER NEED WITH MACHINEGUNS AND GRENADES? TO STOP SOMEONE FROM "RECREATING"?

There is no such thing as a good cop.
They all look the same to me.

Years ago Springfield Armory (Inc.) introduced the EMP, Enhanced Micro Pistol, a 1911 shrunk to be proportional to the 9x19mm cartridge - a really good idea for smaller hands, but the first and only incarnation was a chopped compact. I think I said at the time that a Commander-size model with a regular-length frame would be an Even Better Idea. And there it is. But filling out a Form 4473 can get you murdered these days....

Michael G. sends California colleges to make proving innocence a punishable offense. "Kafka was a how-to manual." DON'T GO TO COLLEGE, but especially not in California.

Speaking kinda of college, looka this:

That's from S09E06 of the new Doctor Who. Set in England in 1651AD, it's a flintlock pistol, which is correct enough, the design being finalized circa 1610, though proper historical collector types can probably nitpick about the styling - what gets me is the producers and prop people have no idea how guns work. The cock is down and the frizzen is forward and even if it's just a resin replica for show business this highway robber is threatening people with a weapon which is incapable of firing. With the frizzen open, even if the pistol were loaded, the priming charge would have spilled out of the flash pan with all the waving-around. There was a study a decade or two ago - might have been in the Dixie Gun Works catalog - about frizzen sparks alone sometimes igniting a flintlock without a priming charge, but the conclusion was it was extremely rare and in this case the frizzen is not in a sparking position anyway. THAT TICKS ME OFF DAMMIT. And I've seen this exact same failure in multiple productions from multiple sources, including some that should have had the budgets to learn better.

(And shouting "FIRE" when using a bow-and-arrow. That ticks me off too. At least Braveheart didn't do that.)

The reason I bring this up is, I see it as indicative of a real problem - a society degenerating to the point where nobody wants to know how anything works, swiping their EBTs and twiddling their fraud-purchased iPads and believing what government-media tells them and calling themselves "intellectuals" when they couldn't change a flat tire or find their way out of a ten-acre wooded lot to save their own lives.

MidwestReader suggests: "As for the reason for the recent drop in gasoline prices, I suspect that the crux of the matter is, at least in my observation of current Middle Eastern politics, is that this comes as a result of opposed Saudi and Iranian policies on exports and as the result of a long-term Saudi program aimed at altering the market dynamics in North America.
"Let me explain what I have been watching.
"Remember the 80s and early 90s, when gas was generally a lot cheaper than it is now? Then, it was because of the Iran-Iraq war. Saddam and the Ayatollah were both funding hugely expensive war efforts (the Chinese sold thousands of cheap tanks to both sides, among other things) and ran their oil production all-out, 24-7, not only as a means of getting hard currency to buy weapons but also as an attempt to drive the oil price down, each attempting to ruin the other by driving prices on the world market as low as possible. Cheap energy, we may notice, is always good for the US economy, at least in the aggregate.
"What we're seeing right now is that it's Iran and Saudi Arabia who are fighting an expensive little proxy war in Yemen, and Iran and Saudi Arabia are trying to ruin one another by running the highest possible continuous oil production to drive down the price, each hoping the other's economy will crater first. And we also have a long-term Saudi project to destroy the shale oil and hydraulic fracturing industry in the US. Fracking scares the hell out of the Saudis, but not for the reasons the enviroweenies talk about. The prospect of an energy-independent US that doesn't need them any more, that doesn't need to keep propping up the House of Saud--you may recall how much all the Saudis' neighbors have always hated them, and also recall that the regime has never been especially beloved by its own people either--has the Saudi government in a tizzy, to put it lightly. So, at least for the moment, we have sub-$30/barrel oil on the world market for the first time in many a year, and, for the moment, relatively inexpensive gasoline, due in part to the Saudis' determination that we should use up their oil first before we start fracking and extracting our own from shale. Note that the Saudis haven't tried to put the solar power people, the electric car people, etc., out of business. The alert reader may speculate about why, and also speculate about whether Saudi oil money funds the antinuclear movement in the US and Canada, and if not, why not, as it'd be money well spent for them, from a business perspective at least.
"And if you've followed the markets, you may also have noticed that while everybody's got an opinion, no one knows whether it'll be $5/barrel or $200/barrel a week from now. Oil futures are a notoriously unstable and dangerous place to invest--economists call it 'highly volatile,' which makes chemists smirk because that's a good description of petroleum in the laboratory too--where billion-dollar fortunes can be made or lost in a matter of hours. Yes, in the long term, demand rises, with population, with prosperity, with increasing urbanization and industrialization and wealth the world over, decade by decade demand grows. But, speaking hypothetically and for entertainment purposes only, tomorrow morning the Saudis might unveil a previously unsuspected nuclear capability and do a decapitation strike on Tehran and oil could go to $300 a barrel, or they could discover another enormous oil field underneath Pennsylvania and it could drop to pocket change.
"How much Obama has had to do with any of this is uncertain. But I doubt it was an intended consequence, not since he wrote in his book about how much he wanted $5/gallon gas, to keep the hoi polloi from having any kind of freedom of movement."

    Project Gunwalker....

(Those of you not living hand-to-mouth with no hope of escaping enemy-occupied territory while waiting for the next thing to fall off the car might want to buy the victim's book to help out his surviving family.)

Meanwhile, the Fudds lick the boot that kicks us.

    Failed counterattack in Nebraska.

Continuing "smart gun" totalitarianism in New Jersey.

Burn the government schools. This is a problem I'm starting to run into in my courier work, getting people to sign for packages. Of course I'm also running into the problem of people not speaking f***ing American, much less reading and writing it....

Real Space Enthusiasts Hate NA$A because "...[I]f the 'lessons' of Challenger had been learned, NA$A would be gone by now." And Trump would be building a string of hotel-casino-resorts on Luna, Mars and the Belt instead of pretending to be some kind of anti-establishment conservative.

This is not Lighter News because "Someone up the USAF food-chain has finally cracked this ice, at great personal risk." That's right, Airmen, allowing you to defend yourselves is a Bad Career Move. (Which is a thing I addressed in my fictional utopia....)

To which dot connect the continuing persecution of a Special Forces soldier who punched a child-rapist. I thought that was what soldiers were FOR. Many times I've asked police - rhetorically, since none ever answered - what "law" they would not enforce and what order they would not obey. I have also observed that police and military are not the same.

    Which segues to:

  • "A 17-year-old girl who was physically and sexually attacked in Sonderborg will herself face charges for using pepper spray to fend off her assailant." "PROTECTING" RAPISTS FROM THEIR VICTIMS. "SERVING" ISLAMIC INVASION OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY. We've seen several instances of the same kind of thing in New Jersey, New York, Chicago, punishing victims who defend themselves while their attackers get wrist-slaps and a revolving door.
  • Tell me again how only police can be trusted with ANYTHING. From comments: "It's all right; probably the people who stole them are more qualified."
  • "This will continue until pet owners start shooting back." Tell me again how you're "Community Heroes".
  • It's not paranoia if Big Brother really is watching. And they still get upset when we call them "Gestapo". (Of course in my fictional utopia license plates don't exist....)
  • "Under this bill a person with no mental health credentials, who may have never even met you, can take away your right to acquire a firearm with an anonymous call to the State Police." But they call us "fascists". This is why I intend to never fill out another Form 4473. Those things will get you murdered.

Made me LOL o' the Day, in comments: "sometimes, when i'm alone on the range, i tap my forward assist."

Speaking of LOLz, the other day I mentioned a time machine and as if on cue.

Prohibition Will Always FAIL and there's always another way.

This is the first instance I'm aware of, of malware/hostageware having any meaningful effect on a Linux system, by attacking the Firefox browser. According to the post a simple add-on kills it.

How can you have a "shootout" when only one side is shooting? It doesn't look like he was "charging" anybody and it kind of looks like he was SHOT IN THE BACK.

Proud of yourself, back-shooter? Do you think of yourself as a hero? Do your children look up to you as a role model? I have said many times I need to get out of this horrible place before it murders me and that's exactly what I mean.

Chelsea Clinton endorses Jeb Bush and that's all I need to know about the "republican" establishment.

Eighty-odd years ago the Nuremberg Laws were passed, segregating and oppressing people based on their origins or beliefs. That could never happen here... RIGHT?

In Canada (and everywhere of course), the envirofascists can't stand the idea of anybody doing anything without their registered and restricted permission. (See also.)

One of my courier stops is an office-mall/cubefarm and I can see how this would really tick some people off. I've worked in the tech field myself, peripherally, and the problem has existed for years. Now the usurper, et. al., are very deliberately making it worse.

AND THAT'S NOT HYPERBOLE EITHER. "You European ladies better be the ones to start learning how to defend yourselves because your men are far too brainwashed and weak to do it."

    Battleground Nevada.

Campus carry action, and inaction, in Texas.

    More RINO backstabbing in Wisconsin.

If you're anywhere near Pinson, Alabama, pitch in to help a true champion of our cause. PayPal button and snailmail address for donations in the sidebar there.

We've tried it their way and it doesn't work.

  • Tell me again how only police can be trusted with guns.
  • Speaking of "heroes", Europe's continental suicide continues and the people paid with taxes and given special powers to protect the rest run away. While kidnapping and robbing any who try to defend themselves.
  • Yeah. "Heroes".
  • Secret government prohibition lists in Minnesota and if you don't like being called "Gestapo" stop acting like them.
  • Speaking of secret government lists. Your grandfathers got medals for killing fascists like you.
  • I've mentioned "when the rules change" and this is what I mean.

Constutional Carry action in West Virginia. Though of course "Sheriffs are not against guns, and we're not against the Second Amendment," [Harrison County Sheriff Albert] Marano said" while speaking against guns and the Second Amendment.

Over to the east, Virginia reciprocity restored, though with warts. Remember that VCDL has declared Constitutional Carry a priority for this year's legislature.

Remember, peasants, you can't be trusted to defend yourselves because you don't have all that training. Think about the kind of people who don't want you able to defend yourself.

In Virginia, the First Amendment isn't quite dead yet. "It is every citizen's duty to protest against the government when it does wrong." Though these days the government will shoot you in the back for doing so....

Another federal land grab to set up more murders like that of Lavoy Finicum. Arizona has Constitutional Carry too but Kansas is looking better all the time.

"Most of America's Founding Fathers believed the main purpose of government was to protect its subjects from the initiation of violence from any source; government itself prominently included" and look where we are now.

In the government schools, the line between satire and policy has been erased. BURN THEM TO THE GROUND FOR THE CHILDREN.

And when I call them indoctrination centers or brainwashing factories that's not hyperbole either.

All this talk about "universal background checks" - we need to stop using the enemy's words. We need to call it what it provably is, universal gunowner registration.

Not unrelated, Facebook bans JewsOH. WAIT.

  • "They can't even keep their own files secure, and they want to add ours?" What could possibly go wrong?
  • One dead so far and still on the razor edge of a massacre.

Armed self-defense works. Think about the lying bigots who tell you otherwise.

Progress in Florida, though again, "The amendment - to gut the bill - proposed by the Florida Sheriffs Association...." Tell me again how "law enforcement supports the Second Amendment" and "the sherrrrriffs will saaaaave us".

In Virginia, VCDL examines the warts on the reciprocity deal. It kinda smells like McAuliffe threw a tantrum and the RINOs threw their constituents under the bus to appease him and we actually lost a couple increments, but VCDL, who are actually there, are calling it a net gain, and they seem trustworthy.

Three years ago I observed "The Joy of the Sky has been murdered" and I was right, again.

Michael G. sends the Nuke the Entire Site from Orbit o' the Day. Calling it continental suicide is not hyperbole.
